Frequently asked questions

You photograph the card on your phone (or upload an image from your computer) and we process it with vision AI, which extracts name, company, job title, email, phone numbers, website, address and social profiles in seconds.
Yes. After scanning you can record a voice note describing the meeting: the AI summarises it into a comment and classifies the contact automatically with tags (lead, customer, supplier, trade fair…). It requires your API key to be configured.
Tarjeo flags the contacts you haven't followed up on in a long time so you can pick them back up before the relationship goes cold. You can also classify them with tags and filter by trade fair to keep your portfolio organised.
Each company configures its own API key (BYOK), so the AI provider bills the usage directly to your account. The key is stored encrypted.
Yes. From the dashboard you can export all your cards, or just the ones you select, to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. You can also send them a bulk email from your own address, with recipients in blind copy.
Hosting for your data, card scanning, managed backups, priority support and updates. You can cancel whenever you want: the licence stays yours and the account becomes read-only, so you keep and export all your contacts, but scanning or editing again requires reactivating it.
Yes. The monthly plan is €149/month and includes everything: access, maintenance and the 5 team accounts, with nothing to pay upfront and no lock-in. On top of that, €100 of every payment comes off the price of the licence: after 25 payments it is yours and the fee drops to €33 a month, which is the maintenance. In the meantime you can settle the remainder from Settings, and you never pay more than the licence costs.
Yes. Each company has its own account, its own contacts and its own key, completely separate from everyone else.
